Shipping Policy

1. Order Production & Dispatch

 

Each item you purchase from Coastal Lore is custom-made once your order is placed, via our print-on-demand partner. This means there is a small production period before shipping begins. We typically dispatch orders within 2–7 business days, unless otherwise noted during high-volume periods.

 

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

 

We offer multiple shipping options, depending on your location and the product type. Here are typical delivery expectations once the item has shipped:

 

  • Domestic (e.g., within the U.S.) – Standard shipping: approximately 2–5 business days after production. 

  • International – Delivery to many global destinations can take 10–30 business days, depending on destination, carrier, customs and local handling. 

 

Please note: These time-frames are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to production delays, carrier issues, customs clearance (for international shipments), or local postal conditions.

 

 

3. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the product’s shipping tier, destination country, order size and quantity. For example, for shirts shipped to the U.S., the first item might incur one rate and each additional item a lower rate. A standard rate for a t-shirt is $4.75 plus $2.40 per additional shirt. Hoodies and sweatshirts ship at $8.49 plus $2.09 per additional sweatshirt/hoodie. A t-shirt plus a sweatshirt together do not receive the quantity discount at this time. 

 

 

4. Address Requirements

 

To ensure successful delivery, please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout. Important guidelines:

 

  • Use Latin characters only. 

  • Include complete street address, zip/postal code, country, and a reliable contact phone number (especially for international shipments).

  • PO Box delivery may be available in some regions but could delay delivery or incur higher risk — especially outside the U.S.

 

 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

 

For orders shipped internationally, your order may be subject to import duties, customs taxes or fees based on your country’s regulations. These are the recipient’s responsibility. We recommend checking local regulations before placing an order.

 

 

6. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please use this to monitor the delivery status.

If tracking shows the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us right away so we can investigate with our production and shipping partner.

 

 

7. Lost, Damaged or Returned Shipments

 

  • If an item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos of the damage/box condition (if applicable).

  • If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, you may be responsible for reshipment costs or the order may be cancelled and refunded minus original shipping.

 

 

8. Shipping Regions

 

We only ship to the United States and US territories at this time.

 

 

9. Changes to this Shipping Policy

 

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in production methods, shipping partners or global logistics. The version posted on our website with the effective date is the current policy.
